Three practices. One party accountable for the outcome.
We cover a full cycle: putting your accounts in order, building the system that runs them, and adding the digital tools that connect you to your customers.
ERP Systems
Odoo, configured around how your business actually runs.
Odoo implementation and configuration
We start by studying your business, then configure only the modules you need: sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, accounting, HR. We work with both Odoo Community and Enterprise.
Custom modules
When the standard modules do not cover a case in your business, we build it: custom reports, approval flows, different pricing logic, screens designed around your team.
Integrations
Connecting the system to online stores, payment gateways, shipping companies, and the e-invoicing platform through APIs, so there is a single source of data.
Data migration
Moving customer, supplier, inventory, and account balances from your old system or from Excel, with an accounting review of the balances before and after.
Training and support
Hands-on training for each team on the screens they use, a short manual, then continuous support after go-live by phone and WhatsApp.
Most failed ERP projects did not fail because of the software. They failed because nobody understood the business well enough before starting. That is why every project we take begins with an analysis session, before any technical work.
Finance and Accounting
The half of the work that most ERP firms outsource.
Financial and accounting advisory
Reviewing where you stand, designing the document cycle, and building a chart of accounts and cost centres that fit your business, then analysing results to support decisions.
Bookkeeping and financial statements
Regular bookkeeping, reconciliations, monthly and annual closings, and preparing the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
Tax and e-invoicing
Preparing and filing returns, registering and connecting to the e-invoice and e-receipt platforms, and configuring the system to issue compliant documents.
Costing and inventory
Building the cost model for manufacturers, pricing work orders, and linking production cost to inventory and the accounts automatically inside the system.
These services are offered on their own, or as part of an implementation project, which is the more common and less expensive route: the accountant who designs the cycle is the same person who configures it in the system.
Software and Web Development
Connected, not standalone.
Websites and online stores, web applications, dashboards and KPI screens, all connected to the accounting system through APIs, so an order placed on the site becomes an invoice and a stock movement at the same moment.
How we work
Five phases. We do not start one before you sign off on the one before it.
1 Study and analysis
We sit with your team and trace the current workflow from purchase order to collection, identifying where data is lost and where it is duplicated. The output is a clear document you approve before we start.
2 Design and configuration
We build the structure: modules, permissions, chart of accounts, cost centres, and document templates, and develop whatever needs customising.
3 Migration and parallel run
We move balances and data, then run the new system alongside the old one and reconcile the results until we are confident the numbers are right.
4 Training and go-live
Hands-on training for each department on its own screens, then the full switch, with our team beside you in the first days.
5 Support and continuous improvement
Regular follow-up, handling feedback, and adding what comes up as your business grows. This phase has no end date.
The result
A project that does not stall halfway, because the party that designs the solution is the same party that builds it and supports it after delivery.
Not sure which of the three you need?
That is a normal place to start. Tell us what is slowing your business down and we will tell you where it actually sits.
